I’ve been a T1 diabetic for nearly 50 years and have had background retinopathy for probably the best part of 10 years. I’ve been using the eye mask for over 5 years and my background retinopathy (thankfully) has remained stable with no progression or treatment required. I’m hopeful by continuing to wear the eye mask it will stay this way. The eye mask is comfortable to wear and I get good quality sleep whilst wearing it. The service offered by Noctura is excellent, very helpful and efficient.
