Returning Your Mask

We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee on your first mask.

If you’re not happy with your first Noctura 400 sleep mask for any reason, you can ask to return it within 30 days and receive a full refund.

The only terms and conditions are that:

  • You submit a refund request within 30 days from the date of shipment to you.
  • The mask is not damaged.

Returning your device is easy - simply email enquiries@polyphotonix.com to request a refund.

Make sure your email contains the following information;

  • Your email address that was used to purchase Noctura 400, or alternatively, your order confirmation number.
  • Your reason for returning the mask.

Then arrange postage of the device back to PolyPhotonix Medical Ltd, NETPark, Sedgefield, County Durham, TS21 3FG, UK, using your chosen tracked or recorded delivery service.

For any subsequent masks, we offer a statutory 14 day return policy.
