What is Noctura 400?

How to Use Noctura 400

Noctura 400 is a sleep mask which emits green light treatment of a specific wavelength into the eyes during sleep. Worn every night, the light prevents hypoxia within the eye, therefore preventing the development of problematic blood vessels which lead to Diabetic Retinopathy.

Each Noctura 400 mask lasts for 84 days. The timeframe has been designed to allow the clinical review of patients approximately every 3 months, often in line with national diabetic eye screening.

Mask wear is recorded by capacitive cheek sensors, and patients mask wear compliance can therefore be monitored.

Noctura 400 is a non-invasive treatment that can be used alone, or as an adjunct to conventional treatment - this is explained well by Mr Meyer-Bothling, a Consultant Ophthalmologist at Ashford St Peters Trust, in the below video.

Noctura 400 Patient Support

When a patient is prescribed Noctura 400, it isn't just the product - there is a full support team behind them. The Noctura Advisory line is contactable every day from 9-5 with real Noctura 400 experts manning the phones.

There are plenty of online resources that they will be directed to in the first weeks of use. Below is our training video, especially for helping new customers get used to the mask.
